The deadline to submit your questionnaire for a custom graphic is 7 days before your event. Your design timeline is based on both your event date and when you submit your questionnaire, so we recommend submitting as early as possible to allow more time for your proof and any revisions. After the 7-day deadline, you’ll be able to choose from one of our pre-designed templates.
-
Once you submit, you’ll receive a confirmation. Our design team will create your design and send you a proof no later than 2 weeks before your event. Last minute submissions are accommodated as time allows.
-
Yes. You still need to fill out the questionnaire and then you will receive an email with our Canva templates and sizing info.
-
Your design includes one free round of revisions after you receive your proof. Additional revisions are $25 each.
-
Your photo booth will arrive pre-programmed with your event and design. If any changes were made to your graphic after the booth shipped, please allow 1-2 minutes for the updated design to load before your event (before connecting the printer, if rented)
-
Your package includes one custom border design. Additional border designs can be added for $25 each.
NOTE: If your package includes an upgraded printer, all border designs must use the same print format due to the paper setup. For example, you cannot combine 2×6 photo strips and 4×6 prints at the same event.
-
Choosing digital only means you will receive your finished photos digitally instead of as physical prints. It does not remove the custom border.
-
Everything in the questionnaire is included with your package. Design extras include adding an extra border, adding a virtual background, and extra edits.
-
