A Guide to Our Live Stream Wedding Services

LoveStream is committed to offering couples a more personalized approach to live streaming their weddings. For that reason, we offer a comprehensive collection of live stream wedding services that fit the needs of different budgets and situations. Read on to learn what’s included (and what can be added on) in your LoveStream virtual wedding.

Virtual Guest Book

During your wedding, your guests have the ability to sign your virtual guest book. Here, they can leave their name, a love note and meaningful pictures. Many guests even include a selfie of themselves watching your wedding!

After the event, we’ll compile these entries and share them with you so you can see who signed your book. You can also upgrade to a physical book where we use these entries to create a hardcover guest book with all of the pictures and messages from your online guests.

Guest Assistance

Our Plus and Premium packages include a live chatbot where your guests can ask questions if they have them. Our Basic package also includes a chatbot for guests, but it is not managed by our team and is instead pre-loaded with frequently asked questions.

Dedicated Producer

Again, the Basic package works a little bit differently. For our Basic customers, you will have an emergency phone number of someone on our team who you can call if you experience difficulties getting connected.

For Plus and Premium packages, you will have a dedicated day-of producer who will meet your on-site contact in the streaming studio, get everything connected and do a final check of the cameras and audio. From there, they will push the stream live when the wedding starts, switch camera angles to capture the best moments, and ensure your virtual guests have a great experience.
