Most clients book 30-90 days before their event so they have enough time for the custom photo process. There are early bird incentives for clients who book 90 days before. We can also accommodate last minute bookings with a rush fee.

We serve clients everywhere in the U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska. Pricing is all-inclusive (no additional taxes or delivery fees) for all locations.

They are available the same day! Our equipment has a built in cellular connection so you don’t even have to wait for WiFi!
With our Starter package, the text/emails go out instantly. With our print packages, the text/emails will go out after printing is finished.
All photos are also saved to the event gallery as well.

It’s your choice! After purchase, our support team reaches out to help you choose where to ship. We can ship to a residence, hotel or your event venue.
The box is medium sized and weighs less than 12lbs. Backdrops & upgraded printers arrive in a separate box. Everything is light and fits in the back of a car for easy transport.

We include high-quality birthday themed props in each rental kit. This includes things like funny signs, mustaches and birthday candles on wooden dowels. Everything is pre-assembled so all you have to do is open the box and start posing!

Yes! Our Essential & Complete packages both include onsite printing. We recommend strip style photos for guest books (add to your package for $50 or provide your own). These automatically print in quantities of 2: 1 for you, 1 for them!

Both print the same quality photo (and they look great!). We generally recommend the advanced printer for events with more than 200+ guests to ensure everyone gets a print during the event.
There are a few differences:
Speed: The advanced photo printer prints 3x faster than our standard photo printer.
Paper & ink changes: The advanced printer needs less paper/ink changes throughout the event.
Strip style photos: The advanced photo printer paper is perforated if you choose strip style photos (easily tear apart). With the standard photo printer, guests use a small cutter included in the box to separate strip style photos.

While most birthday parties don’t need an attendant with our rental, we can add one if desired in almost any location in the U.S.
An attendant adds $400 to the package cost. They arrive prior to event time to handle setup, interact with guests at the photo booth for up to 3 hours of event time, and break everything back down for return shipping after the wedding ends.

Of course! Our freestanding backdrop is 8×8. It includes the easy-to-assemble backdrop frame + photography-grade backdrop fabric in the color of your choice. It is included in our Complete package (or $150 add-on to other packages). You can see those options here.
